2. Rental Services
Our website serves as a reservation platform. Actual car rental agreements are signed physically upon vehicle pickup. The terms found in your specific rental contract (Rental Agreement) supersede any conflicting information on this website.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Reservations: Online bookings are requests and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from our team (via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email).
- Cancellation: We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental start time. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
- Availability: While we strive to ensure vehicle availability, specific car models are subject to stock. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent or higher-category vehicle if the selected model is unavailable.
4. Driver Requirements
Renters must meet the following criteria (subject to verification at pickup):
- Valid Driver's License held for at least 2 years.
- Minimum age of 21 (Economy class) or higher for luxury classes.
- Valid ID or Passport.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rota Rent a Car shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the inability to use our services, including but not limited to technical downtime or data loss.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
