Insurance and vehicle use conditions

Your rental price includes Full Comprehensive Insurance (Full Kasko). The 4% renter liability based on the vehicle's market value under the Standard Comprehensive Insurance option does not apply to this Full option.

Insured damage remains subject to the policy's coverage, limits, deductibles and special terms. Full Kasko does not mean that every loss is covered unconditionally.

Alcohol or drugs, an unauthorized driver, prohibited road or off-road use, serious traffic violations, missing reports or documents, and losses outside the policy can prevent coverage from applying. The renter is responsible for damage, towing, recovery and other expenses not covered by the insurer. This page summarizes the insurance annex; the applicable policy and signed rental agreement set the coverage and obligations for your rental.

• Only drivers named in the rental agreement with a valid driving licence may drive the vehicle.
• Do not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that impairs driving ability. Follow speed limits and traffic regulations.
• Do not use dirt, gravel, damaged or unsuitable roads, farm or off-road tracks, stream beds, muddy, sandy or heavily stony areas, including inside Cappadocia's valleys.
• Prohibited use can leave the renter responsible for damage and towing or recovery costs not covered by the insurer.

1. Notify Rota Rent A Car Cappadocia immediately.
2. Follow the rental agreement's reporting requirements. Contact the police or gendarmerie where required and obtain the required accident, official traffic and alcohol reports.
3. Take photographs or videos of the scene and retain the required documents. Obtain the other party's vehicle registration, driving licence and insurance details where applicable.
4. Do not move the vehicle without Rota's approval, as required by the rental agreement.
