Since 8 am in the morning, looking after and very attentive. He really knows how to take care of customers. We told him we were in a hurry for our tour and he took us back to the hotel so we wouldn't be late. I even forgot something in the car and he kept it for us. "We were looking for a car to rent. Visited 5 rental offices. All offices were empty during normal business hours. My hotel front desk said not to worry, I will have a car within an hour. In less than an hour Rota Rent A Car guy showed up. A car was in front of my hotel. Car was not new, but worked well, economical, sales guy was friendly, quick, spoke English. Paperwork was one page, completed in 10 min. I looked my car over - another 5 min with video. Return was even easier - I left my car key at the front desk. Rota Rent A Car guy picked it up later without me present. He sent me a msg - All Good. I would rent a car from them again."
